As the newest addition to the Ensemble team, Mia serves as the Marketing Manager. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Mia joins Ensemble with a background in working as a communications director, field organizer, and campaign manager for political campaigns within the DFW area. She graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Spanish, and decided to transition into a career that pairs creative thinking with meaningful organizations. Through her work at Ensemble, she strives to create positive change in her community by helping mission-driven clients tell their story through visuals and digital strategy.
Her work often takes up many forms, from managing design and collateral pieces for clients to copywriting or creating social media plans for established brands. Overall, she enjoys creating work that is deeply personal, inspiring, and cultivates community and awareness.
Mia currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Young Women's Advisory Council through Texas Women's Foundation and is part of the grant-making committee. She also volunteers as the Outreach Director for the Lone Star Parity Project.
When she’s offline, she’s usually cooking, tending to her plants, or playing with her dogs Etta and Buster Brown at White Rock Lake.
