Kate Jaynes is a creative project manager and event planner with a passion for bringing ideas to life through thoughtful planning, strong organization, and elevated design. With experience managing projects from concept to completion, she blends creativity with logistics to deliver seamless events, branded experiences, and beautifully executed spaces. Her background in design, eye for detail, and collaborative approach allow her to balance big-picture vision with day-to-day execution, ensuring every project is both intentional and impactful.
When she's not immersed in the design world, Kate is chasing her three boys and two rowdy Golden Retrievers, Cooper and Maple. She and her husband, Matt, are doing their best to keep up, find a little calm, and laugh through the chaos.

Amy loves making big things happen alongside awesome people. She got her start as a theatre maker: designing sets and lighting; and managing the coordinated chaos on and backstage before transitioning to event planning. These days, she spends her time doing exactly what she loves: working with people to create something memorable. In short, she's living her dream.
Amy's background in theatrical technology and operations gave her a sharp eye for detail and an aptitude for problem-solving and project management. Above all, though, she's a self-proclaimed nerd who lights up over new tools and figuring out how to put them to work for her clients' events.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, Nolan; walking her dog Daisy Grace; and reading or gaming with her cat Brodie. Amy loves to cook for her friends and family, play board games, and try new restaurants. You'll also find her singing in her church choir on Sunday mornings.
